We make The Ruby to be filled, frozen, and reused for years. If it does not hold up the way it should, we will look after you.

Lifetime warranty

The Ruby toy carries a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your toy fails through a genuine defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it. You are entitled to one replacement per toy, per year, with proof of purchase.

What is covered

• Splitting, cracking, or breaking down through normal chewing and freezing use
• Faults in the rubber or the twist-lock mechanism

What is not covered

• Damage caused by a person, such as knife or scissor marks
• Lost or stolen toys
• Normal surface wear, marks, and colour change over time
• Toys used outside their intended purpose

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to make a claim
