The Happy Dog Promise
The Happy Dog Promise: if your dog doesn't love it within 30 days, we'll refund you in full, even if it's been chewed. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, post The Ruby back to us, and we'll refund the full purchase price once it arrives. Return postage is at your cost. Prefer a replacement instead? Just ask. One claim per toy.
Returns
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The Ruby toy itself is exempt from the unused rule because of the Happy Dog Promise above. Return postage is at your cost, including Happy Dog Promise returns, unless the item arrived faulty.
